Shipping policy

We offer different levels of shipping to suit your needs.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day.
Orders placed after cut off will be shipped next business day. There is no order dispatch on weekends (except during Christmas).

UK Mainland
Royal Mail Tracked 24/ Free shipping over £50 - 1-3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 3-5 working days
DPD Premium - 1-2 working days*
(*Orders placed on Fridays may not be collected by the courier until Monday)

PREORDERS
Please place pre-orders separate to in stock items. Only complete orders will be dispatched. If you have ordered something that is in stock along with a pre-order item it will be held until the pre-order item arrives in stock and then shipped together.

PRINT ON DEMAND SHIRTS AND APPAREL
We now use a new service which works on a print on demand system, these products are provided by an outside company and will be shipped directly to you. As they are print on demand they can take longer to produce and be shipped, you will receive emails letting you know they progress of your order. General arrival time is 5-7days.

INSTORE COLLECTION
Once your order is marked as ready to collect you have 7 days to collect your order. 
If your order is not collected within 7days, without communication, we will cancel and refund your order.

INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping at the moment.

CUSTOM CHARGES
If your order is subjected to customs charges TokyoToys UK Ltd is not responsible for paying these charges, they would be accountable to the customer.
