1. GBP £ TokyoToys Gift Vouchers can be used in full or part payment for goods in any UK TokyoToys store, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
   
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used at TokyoToys convention stands.
3. If the entire balance of a Gift Voucher is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Voucher for future use. The Gift Voucher balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
4. TokyoToys may exclude specific products from purchase via Gift Voucher and reserves the right to amend this list at any time.
5. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
   
6. TokyoToys Gift Vouchers are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to TokyoToys under the TokyoToys return policy and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
7. All Gift Vouchers hold an expiry date, 24 months from date of purchase. Please refer to your Gift Voucher online order or instore receipt for purchase date. If any balance remains unused after 24 months it will expire and be lost.
8. If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is subsequently exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to a new Gift Voucher.
9. Any funds loaded to a Gift Voucher are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds held on any Gift Voucher issued may not be available to be spent.
10. TokyoToys UK Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Vouchers, and the right to amend these terms and conditions of Gift Voucher at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
11. Gift Vouchers must be treated like cash, TokyoToys UK Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers and they will not be replaced.
12. TokyoToys Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Sainsburys stores.
13. Photocopies or photos of physical gift vouchers purchased in store will not be accepted.
14. The re-sale of Gift Vouchers sold via this website is strictly prohibited.
    
15. Breach of these conditions will entitle TokyoToys UK Ltd to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
16. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
