What shipping methods do you use and how long will it take?
We offer different levels of shipping to suit your needs.
Royal Mail 1st class/ Free shipping over £50 - 1-3 working days
Royal Mail 2nd class - 3-5 working days
DPD Premium - Next day (1-2 working days if ordered after 2pm Friday)
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly not yet! We are working on it and hope to have International shipping available by the end of 2023.

Where do your products come from?
We only stock officially licensed goods. Pretty much all our stock is directly from Japan but we are very lucky that some licenses are held closer to home in Europe meaning we can get awesome products super quick!

Are your snacks Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Halal?
Unfortunately we can't control what is put into the snacks we get but we can make it easier to see what's there by having clear English labels on all our snacks. Ingredient lists are also added to all our snack listings on our website to make it even easier. If you are ever unsure don't hesitate to ask us!
