Our Sidcup Store party venue can be booked for Birthdays, Private Parties, Karaoke Sessions, Work Team Building, or simply for your own private use! We can not accept bookings for Hen or Stag Do's.

We leave a small section of the Retro Lounge for the general public. The rest is cordoned off for your exclusive use. There is a sign to let the public know a private event is in progress.

TIME SLOTS, PRICES & EPIC EXTRAS
Time Slots: 
We generally have 2 bookings a day, and sometimes 3 bookings. Below is a guide to the slots available. The first events must start at 11am or 12pm, please check below.

Saturday & Holidays: 11am and then 3pm
Weekdays & Sunday: 12pm and then 4pm

2hrs (Gold Package) - £180 (Weekdays) £240 (Weekends)
This package Includes Free Cleaning & 18 Guests

3hrs (Epic Package) -  £230 (Weekdays) £290 (Weekends)
This package is recommended For Over 9yrs.
Package Includes Free Cleaning & 20 Guests + Karaoke Upgrade. However the upgraded Karaoke strictly must only be used by over 10yrs

4hrs (Game-On) - £330
Recommended mainly for over 12yr olds.
Package Includes Free Cleaning & 22 Guests + Karaoke Upgrade. However the upgraded Karaoke strictly must only be used by over 10yrs

Capacity & Extra Guests:
Each package includes a set number of guests, additional guests are charged at £5 per person with a maximum of 27 guests allowed. Extra guests can be paid for on the day to allow you maximum flexibility.

PAYMENT:
We can take card payment via phone, or cash/card instore.
Bookings placed within 2months of the event, full payment is required. Thereafter a 50% deposit to confirm. Bookings made without payment are "reserved" and we will contact you if someone asks for your slot before releasing it. Bookings are refundable if cancellation is within 14days of the event.

EPIC EXTRAS:

Cleaning FREE.
Our staff will clean up after your event, allowing you a quick stress free exit. However during, it is your responsibility to keep the floor and seating furniture clear of food & liquids. However you must still take away all rubbish/food.

Weekday Hosting £40 for 2hrs, £50 3hrs, £60 4hrs

* If Hosting is chosen, as a bonus your event gets 2 Extra Guests!
As standard every event gets 10mins per hr of our staffs help. We highly recommend our hosting service for events attended by children under 9yrs. They may need help starting games, learning how to play them, and very often learning how to use a games controller. Our Epic staff will spend 30mins of each hour entertaining your children. Our staff maybe in costume. They will host a mini tournament depending on what they see the birthday person enjoying the most. A TokyoToys host can add that extra magic sparkle to your child's event! There must always be 1 adult of the booking persons on site at all times. Please note our host does not arrange the birthday cake and any other party activities.

Alcohol £20
This fee covers us for the extra cleaning required. Limited to 1 wine bottle per adult or 3 bottles/cans. Please drink responsibly, drunken behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to ask the drunken persons to leave or end the event earlier.

Karaoke Upgrade £10 (Freefor+3hrs Bookings)
Our standard package comes with a simple mini Karaoke setup which is fine for casual singing. This upgrade gets you x2 wireless high quality microphones connected to an TC-Helicon Mic Mechanic Vocal Toolbox. This provides tone correction and reverb.... erm, takes your voice from great to epic.

£5 Per Extra Persons Over Your Packages Included Guests.
This small fee is to cover wear and tear. We recommend 27people maximum. Extra guests are decided on the day of the event to give you flexibility.

£50 Overtime:
We close at 7pm, if you wish to have your event finish at 9pm latest. Overtime events are accepted with the strict understanding that everyone must exiting the venue by 9.15pm. Please leave quietly to not disturb our neighbors.
