| never had any problems with them and ive been using tokyotoys for 2 years now.
only time ive ever had anything go wrong was when something ive orderd has been out of stock, and even then there was quick notification and immediate refund.
tokyotoys.com is the best out of the websites ive orderd anime stuff from.
the parcels are sent quickly and all items are securely stored in the box to ensure no breaks.
all items are deliverd fast as well i generaly get my stuff on average within 2 days although i have had several the following day and i live in scotland. |
