| I continue to buy from this outlet as I find the customer service excellent. I have purchased a number of figures online and at reasonable prices for imported merchandise. I visited the actual store last night to buy a black rock shooter figure and was served by a gentleman who was only to happy to help pointing out promotional offers in the store as I had spent over a certain amount. I am an avid figure collector and while certain overseas companies may seem cheaper the customer service and satisfaction does not match that of Tokyo Toys. I am truly pleased with all transactions I have dealt in with this shop. In fact Im about to order my next figure now.
Keep up the fantastic work! I only wish more companies would follow in your footsteps!
