We quote in the product listing an estimate of 1~3 days for deliveries in UK. However we reserve the right for deliveries to take between 1~14 days in the following situations:
1. The item is out of stock. We will contact you as soon as we can regarding out of stock items so please check your e-mails (including your spam folder!) if you haven't received your order.
2. The order contains fragile (resin & snacks) or complex items which require extra careful packaging.
3. First order by customer where the delivery address is other than the billing address.
4. Where we require extra time to check payment security.
5. We are away at a trade show. Check dates HERE.
6. During above normal busy periods such as holidays.
Urgent Deliveries (Birthday Gifts):
Please phone us on 0845 094 1337 for confirmation of stock and delivery estimate before placing your order. Requests for refunds when TokyoToys are able to supply goods within 1~14 days are less 10% due to admin & transaction fees. We recommend you do not buy birthday gifts unless you place the order 14 days in advance.
Orders received before 2 p.m. will generally be dispatched the same day providing we do not have a stock error.
All our items unless stated in the product description are sent out in new condition :D We are collectors and understand our customers want their products in good condition! However in some instances the product will get to us dented during transit from our supplier. All our parcels are very carefully packaged in a very secure manner to resist crushing.
Deliveries within England, UK will be sent First Class using Royal Mail and delivery is 98% of the time is between 1~3 working days!
All European & International orders will be sent by Air Mail using Royal Mail and the payment of taxes and custom charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the receiver once the goods arrive at the destination country. Orders sent to Europe are FREE of import duty, but please check with your country to be sure. Custom charges do not normally apply for International orders under $80.
Orders received between Monday & Friday before 2mp:
Dispatched 1st class for 1~3 working day delivery providing the order is placed before 2pm.
Orders received on Saturday and Monday before 2pm:
Dispatched on Monday 1st class for 1~3 working days delivery. We no longer dispatch items on Saturdays because they are stored at the postal service over the weekend and may get damaged.
European and International orders usually arrive within 7 and 14 days respectively.
Availability Notices Explained.
TokyoToys.com has three Availability Notices and they are clearly position at the top of each product description under Manufacturer.
This item is instock at our retail store. Placing your order before 2pm will generally ensure your item is dispatched the same day and you should receive it between 1~3 working days! Please Note: Some of our bigger statues are stored at our warehouse and will be dispatched the following day.
Release Date: DD-MM-YYYY (Pre-Order)
These are items we have pre-ordered from our supplier and are denoted by *DUE MMM YYYY* at the end of their product name. This is the manufacturer's estimated release date.
Pre-Order items always use manufactures images which may be pictures of a prototype. Therefore the final retail product may differ slightly in colour & design. TokyoToys.com will advise as best we can but can not be held responsible in such events.
Canceling an Order
If you placed your order via Paypal, you can cancel for full refund as long it's within 55 (about 2 months) days of placing your order. Cancellations after this period will be charged 10% administration fee. However you will not be charge if it is due to TokyoToys.com not being able to fulfill your order :)
Cash, Cheque, Postal Order & Money Orders refunds are always in full regardless the period!
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods at your expense for a refund within seven days of the delivery date. The goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Please ensure that they are well packed as TokyoToys.com will take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty TokyoToys.com will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection.
